Soul Connection
There are times in life where we feel we’ve lost our connection to ourselves and our soul, we feel lost, stuck or as if we’re drifting along with no sense of purpose. It might be a transitional stage of life, a bereavement or some other loss, or simply that you know things need to change.
You know you need my guidance but you're not sure actually what you need from me to help you move forwards and re-connect to yourself. This session has helped so many people move through loss, grief & anger, become unstuck, removed unwanted or old energies & re-connected them back with their soul. It’s a 60/90 minute one-off session with me that can be used as and when you need that time with me, or as a stepping stone to my soul coaching package or deeper spiritual mentoring.

Spiritual Guidance
Life at this time, on this planet is incredible, it’s fascinating but also challenging. It can lift you to the stars and leave you feeling like you’re in seventh heaven. But at times it can drop you down into the depths of the dark night of the soul.
I’ve experienced both. And learnt from both. I came here to guide, to share the knowledge I’ve spent many lifetimes gathering. To be a spiritual midwife if you like. To help navigate this lifetime on this planet, to share tools that will help you trust yourself, listen to your higher self and your guides and follow those intuitive nudges when they happen.

My Soul Coaching works on a deep level by bringing together my psychic, intuitive abilities, deep understanding of multi-dimensional healings and soul knowledge (acquired over many lifetimes) with spiritual techniques and tools as well as traditional coaching techniques to guide and empower you to connect back to your true self. You might find we use guided visualisations, oracle cards, dowsing, role plays, angelic guidance or other intuitive ways to reconnect you with yourself.

Spiritual Mentoring
The truth is we already have all the knowledge we need within us. We incarnated with it. The answers are already there. But, in these crazy, material times we live in we can loose our connection to this inner wisdom, forget who we are and what our purpose is.
My role as a Spiritual Mentor is not to teach you what you already know, but to remind you of who you are, to help you access your divine gifts and knowledge, to share insights and point you in different directions. The goal is always for you to come alive, to find your truth, to be aligned with your spiritual side and live a life that truly brings you peace knowing you’re following your path with soul.
Above all else it’s to make you think, question and search further.
Each session can continue on a previous topic or raise a new question, our sessions are totally driven by your needs. We may use spiritual tools such as oracle cards, dowsing, astrology, numerology, and theres certain to be some channelled guidance in there too. My guides work very closely with me to help with your spiritual growth.
