Full Moon Energies.

Tonight the Moon rises in Capricorn and hopefully we'll have a clear night to see her beauty. It's also a partial lunar eclipse, the last lunar eclipse we'll see until the next full one in May 2021.

Because we're in eclipse season the energies are heightened at the moment, if you generally feel tired at a Full Moon the chances are you'll be really feeling wiped out.

This particular moon brings some discomfort as it's highlighting those areas where we know growth is needed. Decisions around staying safely in your comfort zone or stepping out and stepping up to reach new levels of growth. It's all about growth during this eclipse season. Whether it's personal or spiritual growth, whether it's about letting us reach our maturity in ourselves and in our relationships with others, whether it's healthy boundary setting or how we deal with issues especially around forgiveness and compassion. Either way this moon will highlight those areas you need to focus on.

Think about what matters to you, what are your key values? Is it honesty? Truth? Integrity? Where do you need to grow and, as it's a full moon, what do you need to release to allow you to get there?

Ask yourself deep questions. What relationships have you outgrown? Notice which relationships from the past are resurfacing in your life now? Does something perhaps need healing or releasing?

Watch out for ego, power and manipulation both by you and to you. Look at the areas in your life whereby you could shift the way you're currently acting and thereby produce a different outcome. Are there any instances where you're stuck in a role or in the middle of game playing? Do you want to be there? Or is it time to say enough, stand up, let go and move on?

Whatever growth you're experiencing know that it will be worth it, energy flows and we need to flow with it. Standing still is ok for a time, but eventually we need to move again. Swimming upstream is too hard.
