A real chance for transformative growth under a Taurean Full Moon
A day after Remembrance Day brings us our November Full Moon. Known as a Beaver Moon this month’s stunning Full Moon rises in the sign of Taurus and exactly opposite the Sun in Scorpio. A time for creating magic, for clarity and likely a pull to gain understanding.
This moon is not only magical in her looks but in her spirit too. She’s working hard helping anyone who has been working on a long-term goal, plan or dream to achieve those aims. Taurus is an earth sign, grounded and practical but known to be stubborn too. Associated with comfort and material security of the home and hearth, Taurean's’ are likely to favour a few great friendships over many friends.
Of course, Mercury is still retrograde for now and as Taurus is astrologically located in front of Mercury you might experience the odd hiccup with communications. One key way to avoid this is to take a moment and stop to think before you speak. What are you really feeling? Are your thoughts and feelings in alignment or at war?
And whilst you’re examining your feelings it’s a good time to consider where you’re allowing your feelings to hold you back. What’s really stopping you from achieving your goals and dreams?
Feelings run deep with this Full Moon, largely due to the influence of Scorpio opposing it. It’s time to take a good honest look at the heart of the matter with regard to relationships, especially those tricky problems you’ve been trying to avoid dealing with. That argument you had that you haven’t resolved, those words you spoke that you need to apologise for. What is it about this relationship that triggers you? That irritates or upsets you? This is a fantastic time to dig deep and be completely, totally honest with yourself and others about what the real problem is at the heart.
Thankfully with all these emotions calling on us to do the deep work we get a helping hand from hard working Saturn whose position means we have the emotional strength and stability and the patience required to handle all these issues.
By staying grounded and trusting ourselves, uncovering these deep feelings and using our common sense to think first means we can make important decisions around home and hearth with ease. But don’t be surprised if you find old memories or even old connections resurfacing. Dreams are full of advice and guidance too.
It’s a fantastic full moon, full of opportunity if you choose to work with it. Now is not the time to let fear rule but to grab the magic that this moon is showering us with and make full use of the energy to create a meaningful positive transformation. Now is the time to shake off doubts as to whether you can and dare to reach for your dreams or goals. You are worth it.
Take some time to connect in with your spiritual side, to meditate, journal, write or work with any special tools you enjoy such as crystals, essences or oracles. Look for guidance around you and it will be there.
